Chang Chen in Eilenburg

I had to convince myself of the Asian delicacies and it's just beautiful.

Very good food, likes China, long live Mao!

First of all: Since I've lived in Eilenburg (about 1 year), this Chinese has never really been able to convince in terms of quality. Some time ago the cook probably changed; I have already been told by some in the region. That's why I always held back with the evaluation. But after my order today, I just can't do that anymore! I ordered pork with noodles, and spring rolls with homemade sweet and sour sauce. The meat was no longer recognizable as such! It was completely soaked in lumps of fat - you can tell it was 40% meat and 60% fat! It was through differently - some pieces were so soft that you had to be afraid that it wasn't through yet and other pieces were so hard that you almost bit your teeth. And even though I had a large portion, you also had to look for the meat - that's not possible! The pasta was so soft that it was mushy in places. The seasoning mix was overall modest, but I don't want to rate that as there are different tastes. The sweet and sour sauce, however, was watery on the surface with no taste and very thick on the bottom. There were also lumps floating in the sauce - it looked like it was 4 days old. The spring rolls were ok. All in all, I had the impression that the customer was saving as much as possible due to the corona. In addition, the chef apparently has never prepared pork. In the 25 years that I've been eating regularly in various restaurants, this has never happened to me. I have never been served more fat than meat. That is not how it works!!! The star is only available for operation. She was very friendly and accommodating. But of course that doesn't save my dinner either.

Very friendly and courteous service and tasty dishes. Little did we know that finding an open restaurant in Eilenburg around 2 p.m. could be so difficult. There we stood in front of the Chang Chen, the first impression was right and the rest too. We were fed up with the delicious food and would definitely come again.

Very nice restaurant, food tastes very tasty. Prices are optimal. And what I found really great there are small and large portions, so just as anyone can order it and nothing is left :)

Insider tip! Ambience like Chinese restaurants in the early 90s. Service very courteous and the food was great!

Here you can find the typical Chinese food like everywhere else. What I really like here is the little mini cocktail that every guest gets first ... I think it's a nice gesture that shows the hospitality and the right attitude towards the guests.

Now that we have been there twice in a shorter distance, I have to say: the quality of the food has deteriorated badly. The duck was dry and curled up (I can't think of any other word) Inedible! Our invited guests were also disappointed. Everything "delivered" to the table very quickly. Cozy food looks different. The second star is for speed (as in the MCDrive) and the first SERIOUS star is for the nice gentleman (we didn't know him yet), who served us very politely. Let's see if we dare to do it again.

Highly recommended restaurant. The entire ambience is already very inviting. Small pond in the entrance area and very lovingly furnished interior. The selection of dishes is nice and large. The food is very tasty and the portions are more than sufficient, even if you can't make a meal, packing and taking away is offered here. The prices are completely ok. Taking it home with you is also absolutely no problem. The entire staff is super friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

The Peking duck menu was very good. You have to pre-order it. Giant portions and delicious. A very good price-performance ratio. Great and very friendly service. Anytime gladly again.

Delicious food, wonderful service and a nice ambiance. The prices here a little higher than most Asian restaurants but the portions are very large. I have a rice cooker at home and am always able to stretch it into two meals.

A very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. A lot of care was taken in the furnishings, nothing seems cheap here. The arrangement of the tables is generous and gives the feeling of privacy, even when the dining room is full. The service is very friendly, attentive and competent. The menu is extensive and the prices are very moderate. For lunchtime there is again a complete page with inexpensive lunch menus, which are offered between 12:00 and 14:30. The food is tasty and well served, the portions are good and the waiting times are short. I felt welcome and well served here with my family and I give a clear recommendation.
